At Pro-Costumes.com, we have high quality control standards to make sure all the products we ship in perfect conditions. For quality problems,wrong size,wrong product, missing items, we offer return or replacement service.
The following reasons are COVERED by our Return/Exchange Policy
1.The products with quality problem
Quality problems include inconsistent color, defective or items significantly different from our store images or description.Customer should contact us within 14 days of delivery of items and email us photos to support claims for replacement or return. If we confirm that is our responsibility, We will provide a refund or replacement.
We will pay for the return or exchange shipping fee and tax.
2. Return/exchange of wrong size/wrong color / wrong product
All costumes are produced in strict accordance with the size specifications on our website, double check will be made before shipment. All costumes are manually measured,1-3cm measurement error is acceptable, which is not a size problem
If we deliver customers the costume with wrong size, we accept return/exchange.Customer should contact us within 24 hours of delivery of items and email us photos to support claims for a replacement or return.If we confirm that is our responsibility, We will provide a refund or replacement.
We will pay for the return or exchange shipping fee and tax.
3.Missing Items
(1) Missing items of your several order items or missing accessories.
We will check carefully before shipment to avoid such problems, but if this happens, customers should contact us within 24 hours of delivery of items. If we confirm that is our responsibility, we will deliver the missing items to you as fast as we can.
(2) Didn't get your order.
If you have not received your order for a long time, please contact service@pro-costumes.com and we will contact the shipping company in time to confirm whether your parcel is in transit or lost. If it is confirmed that your parcel is lost, you can apply for a re-ship or a refund.
The following reasons are NOT covered by our Return/Exchange Policy
1. Sales items, gift card, customized order.
- Customer chooses the wrong size, wrong product and wrong color, return and exchange is not applicable.
- Worn, used, stained, trimmed wigs, altered items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Products were destroyed or returned due to failure to sign for receipt in time
- Outside of 14 days of receipt.
Order Modification Before Shipment
Customers can free to change the size or color by email us service@pro-costumes.com before we ship out the order. Please understand this exchange may delay the shipping for 2 - 5 days.
Return / Exchange (if applicable) Steps:
- Email us ( service@pro-costumes.com ) to receive the return / exchange form, fill it and send back to us ;
- Print the filled return / exchange form , or write down the information in a clean paper if you are not convenient to print. Pack it with the item(s) into the original packaging ;
- Send back the package via local post service or Regular Mail Service , and E-mail us the tracking information after you shipped the package out;
- Once your return package reaches us, we'll refund or an exchange within 5 business days.
